This law enforcement request policy describes how Lincoln Processing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) responds to requests from law enforcement and government authorities seeking information about users or activity on our platforms. This policy applies to all websites and services operated by us, regardless of whether registration is required. It provides transparency regarding our cooperation practices while safeguarding user privacy and complying with applicable law.
General Principles
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities when necessary to prevent, investigate, or respond to serious crimes, exploitation, or threats to public safety. We balance this responsibility with our legal obligations to protect user privacy and data under applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the U.S. Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
We disclose information only:
In response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant);
When required by law; or
In limited emergency circumstances where there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to human life or child safety.
We do not provide access to user data on an informal, voluntary, or blanket basis.
Required Legal Process
Law enforcement agencies seeking user information must submit a formal, written request that includes:
The name of the issuing authority and identifying officer or agent;
The specific legal process being used (e.g., subpoena, court order, warrant);
A clearly defined scope of information requested;
The applicable legal basis authorizing the request; and
Accurate contact information for the requesting agency.
Requests that are overly broad, vague, or unsupported by law will be rejected or narrowed.
Types of Data Potentially Available
Fruzo requires all users to maintain registered accounts, and the platform retains only the information necessary to operate the service, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations. Fruzo can disclose only the data that exists and is still retained at the time of a lawful request. Depending on the user’s activity and applicable retention periods, Fruzo may be able to provide certain categories of information, including:
Connection and session data, such as login timestamps, session start and end times, device-level identifiers, IP addresses, and approximate geographic region.
Moderation and safety records, including user reports, flags, enforcement logs, and actions taken by Fruzo’s Trust & Safety team.
Account information, such as the account creation date, registered email address, linked login method (e.g., Apple, Google), and current account status.
Age-verification information, but only where Fruzo was legally required to collect it based on the user’s jurisdiction. If age verification was not required or performed, no such data will be available.
Payment or transaction data, where applicable, as processed through third-party payment providers.
User communications with Fruzo Support, including safety reports, appeals, and customer service inquiries.
Fruzo does not retain or provide recordings of video chats, livestreams, or private video interactions. Live video sessions are not stored, and text messages are not preserved beyond what is necessary to deliver the service or conduct a safety investigation. In limited circumstances, certain content may be temporarily cached for moderation or safety review—for example, when a user is reported for violating Fruzo’s Community Guidelines. Any such cached data is automatically deleted after a short retention period unless preservation is required to comply with a lawful order or an active safety investigation.
Emergency Disclosure Requests
In cases involving imminent danger to life, serious injury, or child sexual exploitation, we may disclose limited data without a formal legal process. Those requests must:
Be sent by an identifiable law enforcement official;
Include the words “EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST” in the subject line; and
Clearly describe the nature of the emergency, the individuals at risk, and why the information is necessary to prevent harm.
Emergency requests should be directed to: privacy@fruzo.com
We review emergency requests 24/7 and respond as quickly as circumstances require.
International Requests
For requests originating outside the United States, the requesting authority must use established international cooperation mechanisms, such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs) or other diplomatic channels. We do not respond directly to non-domestic law enforcement requests unless required by applicable law or treaty.

Data Retention and Privacy
We retain user and session data only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect user safety. Data is stored securely and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not maintain comprehensive logs or identifiable records for anonymous sessions beyond the brief retention periods needed for moderation, abuse detection, and law enforcement compliance.
Transparency
We maintain internal records of all law enforcement and government requests, including the date, requesting authority, type of process, and outcome. Aggregated statistics on requests and disclosures may be published in our periodic transparency report. We do not disclose personal data of users, reporters, or law enforcement officials in these reports.
