Fruzo is committed to fostering a safe environment for all users. This Colorado safety policy outlines the measures we take to protect users and promote safer online and in-person experiences. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Fruzo strictly prohibits content and conduct that threatens public or personal safety, including but not limited to:
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
Stalking, doxxing, or sharing another user’s personal information without consent.
Non-consensual sexual acts or content, including explicit photos sent without consent.
Exploitation, coercion, or blackmail.
Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Misconduct that violates local, state, or federal laws, such as:
Acts or threatened acts of homicide, assault, kidnapping, stalking, harassment, involuntary intoxication, robbery, or theft.
Any other behavior that endangers public or personal safety.
Criminal Background Screening
Fruzo does not currently conduct criminal background screenings of users. As a result, users are encouraged to exercise caution and prioritize their safety when interacting with others online and in person.
Identity and Age Verification
During registration, Fruzo requires all users to self-certify their age by entering their year of birth and confirming that they meet the age requirements outlined in the Fruzo Terms of Service. This step ensures compliance with laws restricting access to adult content.
Except where required by law, Fruzo does not conduct additional age verification or identity checks beyond the self-certification process. Users are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information during registration.
Fruzo encourages all users to exercise caution and vigilance when interacting with others, as the platform cannot guarantee the accuracy of self-reported information.
Profile Suspension and Account Termination
Suspensions: A user’s profile may be suspended if Fruzo receives reports of prohibited content or conduct committed by the user. Reports are reviewed promptly, and profiles may remain suspended during the investigation.
Account Termination: If a report is substantiated or repeated violations occur, Fruzo reserves the right to permanently bar the user from the platform. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, harassment, threats, or engaging in non-consensual activities.
Appeals Process

Notification to Users
When Fruzo receives a verified report of prohibited content or conduct, Fruzo may notify users who have interacted with the reported individual if the reported conduct involves:
Non-consensual sexual acts or physical harm.
Violent threats or harassment that could pose an ongoing safety risk.
Notifications are issued discreetly and without identifying the reporter.
Reporting Guidelines
Users can report prohibited content or conduct through the reporting tools available on the Fruzo platform or by contacting customersupport@fruzo.com.
When submitting a report, please include:
Specific details about the incident, including screenshots or other relevant evidence, if available.
Accurate and truthful information. Submitting false or malicious reports is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the reporting user’s account.

Non-Consensual Sexual Conduct
Fruzo prohibits and condemns any form of sexual conduct without consent. Engaging in non-consensual acts violates this policy, is against the law, and may result in criminal or civil liability.
